One link per recipient, with the rules attached to the link.
Send a document or a whole room as a link instead of an attachment. Each link carries its own access rules, an optional expiry date and its own permissions, and you can revoke it at any time without touching the others.

Group documents into nested folders that mirror your diligence index: corporate, financial, legal, commercial. Share the full room or a single file, and keep one source of truth while the deal moves.

Know who read what, and for how long.
Each viewer session records which documents were opened, which PDF pages were on screen and how many seconds each page held their attention. Use it to see which counterparty is doing real work and which one has gone quiet.

Decide exactly what a recipient can do.
Set a link to view-only, switch downloads off, limit it to named email addresses or a whole company domain, or require the viewer to accept an NDA before the first page loads.
05 / Screenshot deterrence
Make capturing a page harder and easier to trace.
The viewer blurs the document when the window loses focus, blocks the right-click menu and print shortcut, and stamps the viewer's identity on every page. No web page can stop a phone camera or an OS-level capture, so we treat this as deterrence plus traceability, not a guarantee.
06 / Password protection
A second factor for the link itself.
Add a password to any link and send it through a different channel. The password is stored as a hash and checked on the server before any document is served.
07 / Pitch deck sharing
Send the deck, then see when it is actually read.
Upload your deck as a PDF and send each investor their own link. You see when they open it, which slides they stayed on and whether they came back, so follow-ups are timed by behaviour, not guesswork.
08 / Dynamic watermarking
Every page carries the name of the person viewing it.
The viewer's email, the access time and their network address are tiled across each page as it renders. If a copy surfaces somewhere it should not, it points back to the session it came from.
09 / Lead capture
Ask for contact details before the document opens.
Require a name, email and company before access. Each submission is saved against the link, so a forwarded deck or a sales one-pager becomes a list of people you can follow up with.
