Document processing, workflow and governance features we are designing for Dealkan. None of them is offered as a live AI service today.

Assisted sorting
A proposed review-first classifier for company, financial, legal and commercial files. Suggestions would need approval before anything moves, and classification must never change permissions on its own.
PlannedDocument translation
A proposed translation step for permissioned documents, with an explicit choice of processor, the original kept, versioned translations and terminology checks before anything is used externally.
PlannedAssisted redaction
A proposed redaction review that flags possible personal and commercial data. A person would approve each irreversible, sanitised PDF; an opaque rectangle drawn over text is not secure redaction.
ResearchEngagement summaries
A proposed summary of real visit, page and download signals. Predicting a winning bidder would need independently validated historical data, so no accuracy claims are made.
Core control builtAccess revocation
Revoking a link already blocks further access through the viewer. A normal file that someone has already downloaded cannot be deleted remotely; protected offline files would need a separate client.
Partly builtDeal workflows
The data room already has team invitations, activity emails and an audit log. Staged Q&A, reviewer assignments, approval chains and checklists are planned extensions.
Design standardAI governance
The design requirement: apply the current user's document permissions before retrieval, log every AI action, keep customer content out of training and require explicit approval before any outside processor is used. This is a design standard, not a certification.
